Luke Beckess, founder and director of LAB, is a UEFA-qualified coach, previous academy scout, and technical performance specialist with over 9 years of experience in player development and match analysis.

Having worked with respected clubs and academies including Crawley Town F.C. and LionHeart Football — where he served as Head of Academy — Luke has developed a reputation for helping players maximise their potential both technically and mentally. During his time at LionHeart, he successfully supported grassroots players in securing trials at professional Category 1–3 academies.

For many years, Luke has specialised in 1:1 and small group technical coaching, combining on-pitch development with detailed performance analysis to give players a complete understanding of their game. By breaking down real match footage, he provides honest feedback, clear action points, and tailored development plans that players can apply immediately in competitive environments.
