At LAB Football Analysis & Coaching, we aim to provide a professional and reliable service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, credits, or rescheduled sessions may be offered.

By booking any of our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Coaching Sessions

Cancellation by the Client

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled free of charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the full session fee being forfeited.

• ​

2. Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur.

Where possible, requests to reschedule a session made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be accommodated subject to availability.

Repeated requests to reschedule may be refused at our discretion.

3. Cancellation by LAB Football Analysis & Coaching

If we are unable to deliver a session due to:

• Severe weather conditions

• Coach illness

• Venue unavailability

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Clients will be offered either:

• A full refund; or

• An alternative session date

The choice will be made by the client where reasonably possible.

4. Video Analysis & Scout Reports

Due to the time and work involved in preparing analysis and written reports:

• No refunds will be available once work has commenced.

• If a booking is cancelled before analysis has begun, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

• Completed reports, feedback documents, and development plans are non-refundable.

5. Digital Services

Digital products and services including:

• Performance analysis

• Scout reports

• Development plans

• Written feedback

• Online consultations

cannot be refunded once delivered to the client.

6. Group Sessions

For group training sessions:

• Individual non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.

• Sessions cancelled by LAB Football Analysis & Coaching will be rescheduled or refunded where appropriate.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Any decision regarding discretionary refunds remains at the sole discretion of LAB Football Analysis & Coaching.

8. Processing Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be returned using the original payment method where possible.

• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

• We aim to process approved refunds within 7–14 business days.
