Welcome to LAB Football Analysis & Coaching. By booking a session, using our services, or accessing this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

LAB Football Analysis & Coaching provides:

  • Football coaching sessions

  • Technical development training

  • Video analysis

  • Scout reports

  • Player feedback

  • Development plans

  • Performance analysis services

All services are designed to support player development and progression.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment may be required before sessions commence.

  • Session prices are displayed on the website and may change at any time.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment or confirmation has been received.

  • Failure to attend a booked session without notice may result in loss of payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session may be rearranged.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may not be refunded.

Video Analysis / Scout Reports

  • Once analysis work has started, refunds cannot be issued.

LAB Football Analysis & Coaching reserves the right to cancel or rearrange sessions due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Illness

  • Venue availability

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Where possible, alternative dates will be offered.

4. Player Responsibility

Players are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time

  • Wearing appropriate football clothing and footwear

  • Bringing sufficient water and equipment

  • Informing coaches of any injuries or medical conditions

Players participate at their own risk.

5. Medical & Injury Disclaimer

LAB Football Analysis & Coaching accepts no responsibility for:

  • Injuries sustained during sessions

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

  • Physical issues arising from participation

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring players are medically fit to participate.

6. Video Analysis & Reports

Performance analysis and scout reports are:

  • Professional opinions based on observed performance

  • Intended for development purposes only

  • Not guarantees of selection, trials, contracts, or progression within football clubs

Feedback provided is intended to be honest, constructive, and supportive of player development.

7. Photography & Media

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during sessions for:

  • Website content

  • Social media

  • Marketing purposes

If a parent/guardian does not wish for a player to appear in media content, they must notify LAB Football Analysis & Coaching in writing.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

Respectful behaviour is expected from:

  • Players

  • Parents/guardians

  • Spectators

LAB Football Analysis & Coaching reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals displaying:

  • Abusive behaviour

  • Disrespectful conduct

  • Unsafe behaviour

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

LAB Football Analysis & Coaching shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Missed opportunities

  • Club selection outcomes

  • Technical issues with online services or communication

Use of our services is at the client’s own discretion.

10. Website Use

All website content including:

  • Branding

  • Images

  • Reports

  • Graphics

  • Written content

remains the property of LAB Football Analysis & Coaching and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through this website will only be used for:

  • Bookings

  • Communication

  • Coaching administration

Information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent unless legally required.

12. Changes To Terms

LAB Football Analysis & Coaching may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
